Abstract / 摘要

As AI systems are increasingly embedded in high-stakes decision-making—particularly in scenarios involving child protection, vulnerable populations, and irreversible harm—conventional algorithmic optimization and probabilistic risk assessment prove insufficient to guarantee absolute ethical safety.

This paper presents a Human-Centered AI framework that integrates three complementary pillars:

1. Chinese cultural methodology — I Ching hexagram mappings (䷊䷄䷾), Oracle Bone symbolic constants (𒀭𒁀𒆠), and classical philosophical reasoning;
2. Modern systems engineering — seven-dimensional ethical inference, Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), and large-scale Monte Carlo scenario simulation;
3. Non-negotiable ethical constraints — an ∞-weight child protection mechanism and an inviolable refusal principle.

The resulting system achieves non-optimizable ethical assurance, data sovereignty, and full system auditability, offering a reproducible, culturally grounded alternative to Western-centric AI alignment approaches.
